Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to identify, approach, and onboard hospitals, clinics, physiotherapy centers, old-age homes, and healthcare agencies in and around Lucknow. You will be required to conduct meetings with doctors, purchase managers, and hospital administrators to showcase our product portfolio which includes wheelchairs, oxygen concentrators, BiPAP/CPAP, hospital beds, and more. Building long-term relationships with healthcare institutions for recurring business and bulk orders will be crucial to your success. You will also take ownership of revenue targets and aim for 100% achievement through active B2B engagement. Additionally, maintaining proper documentation of clients onboarded, meetings conducted, and follow-ups via CRM or Google Sheets will be part of your regular tasks. Coordination with the service/delivery team for smooth post-sales support is also expected. To excel in this role, you should possess a graduate degree in any field; however, an MBA or BBA degree is preferred but not compulsory. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential for effective interaction with clients. Knowledge of the Lucknow healthcare ecosystem would be a plus. Having a 2-wheeler is mandatory for this position. Your performance will be evaluated based on key result areas including the number of hospitals/doctors onboarded per month, monthly B2B revenue generated, collections achieved versus target, and the number of tie-ups with healthcare agencies. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule and Provident Fund benefits. The compensation package includes a performance bonus. The work location will be in person in Lucknow.
