Sales Executive

Job Role:
As a Podcast Sales Executive, you are responsible for selling podcast advertising, sponsorship packages, or production services to brands, agencies, and media buyers. Your goal is to generate revenue by matching client needs with podcast offerings.

Key Responsibility:

• Identify and target potential advertisers, sponsors, or partners
• Pitch podcast shows or podcasting services to relevant clients
• Create and present compelling sales proposals and media kits
• Negotiate ad rates, placements (pre-roll, mid-roll), and contract terms
• Close deals and ensure timely execution of ad campaigns
• Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business
• Work with content, marketing, and production teams to tailor offerings
• Track and report on sales pipeline and campaign performance
• Stay updated on podcast industry trends, CPM rates, and ad formats
• Use CRM tools to manage prospects, leads, and conversions

Skill:

• Sales & Negotiation – Persuasive selling, deal closing, rate negotiation
• Communication Skills – Clear pitching, active listening, proposal writing
• Presentation Skills – Ability to showcase podcasts with impact
• Industry Knowledge – Understanding of podcast ad formats and listener demographics
• Client Relationship Management – Building long-term partnerships
• CRM & Tools Proficiency – Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools
• Marketing Awareness – Ability to align brand goals with podcast audiences
• Analytical Thinking – Interpreting campaign data and adjusting sales strategy
• Time Management – Managing pipelines and client meetings efficiently
• Adaptability – Staying current with changes in podcast trends and formats

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
