1) Validate weight measurement with sales invoice and item dispatch is in accordance with Sales Order
2) Preparation of E- invoice
3) Preparation of E-way bills
4) Coordination with outward logistics team for smooth delivery of goods
5) Comparison of goods received note with items dispatched (whether any goods returned back)
6) Ensuring that credit note has been prepared for sales returns & any other reasons
7) Maintaining record in sales register.
8) Maintaining hard copy as well as soft copies of records on real time basis.
9) Overlooking and maintaining of Records related to Goods ready of Sales.
10) Handover of Cash and/or cheques received on daily basis to Factory In-charge.
Other miscellaneous work as may be required.
