Job Description

Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Sales Executive to manage inbound and outbound customer communication across platforms like WhatsApp, our mobile app, and social media. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, guiding them through the payment process, and driving conversions through engaging and trust-building chat interactions. Key Responsibilities: Manage real-time chat interactions across WhatsApp, app, and social channels. Identify sales opportunities and initiate personalized conversations to pitch relevant services. Drive customer engagement, resolve queries, and guide them toward completing payments. Upsell value-added services based on customer behavior and interests. Record key insights from customer interactions and provide feedback to improve sales strategy and product offerings Meet and exceed weekly/monthly chat-based sales targets. Qualifications & Skills: Fluent written communication in both Hindi and English. Experience in chat-based customer support or sales (WhatsApp, app-based, or social). Goal-driven with a proven record of converting leads into paying customers. Capable of multitasking and working in high-speed environments. Knowledge in astrology, spiritual services, or similar B2C industries is a strong plus. Preferred Background: Roles like Customer Support (Chat), Inside Sales, WhatsApp Sales Agent, or Social Media Support. Candidates from astrology apps, telehealth, or similar B2C platforms will have an edge.
