Roles and Responsibilities

Manage showroom sales operations to achieve targets and goals.
Develop strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
Collaborate with the team to drive business growth through effective communication and coordination.
Ensure timely delivery of products to customers while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-4 years of experience in gems & jewellery sales or related field (showroom sales).
Strong knowledge of gold, gems, and jewellery products.
Excellent communication skills for building rapport with customers.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards common objectives.
