Job Description

As a Sales Executive in the Fire Alarm & Detection Systems domain, your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, promoting fire safety solutions, and converting leads into successful sales. You should leverage your strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and passion for building long-term customer relationships to excel in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Actively seek out new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and networking. - Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs in fire detection and safety systems. - Generate leads through trade shows, industry forums, online channels, and professional networks. - Engage with potential customers, understand requirements, prepare proposals/quotes, and negotiate deals. - Present and promote fire alarm systems, detectors, panels, and related solutions to prospective clients. - Follow up on inquiries and convert them into confirmed sales opportunities. - Handle customer concerns, objections, and ensure customer satisfaction. - Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain strong business relationships with existing clients. Requirements and Skills: - Proven experience as a Sales Executive (preferably in Fire Alarm / Safety / Security Systems industry). - Good understanding of fire alarm systems, detection solutions, and safety products (advantageous). - Proficiency in English and excellent communication skills. - Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Thorough understanding of sales, marketing, and negotiation techniques. - Fast learner with a passion for sales and target achievement. - Ability to work independently, generate leads, and build client relationships. - Self-motivated, result-oriented, and customer-focused approach. In this role, you are expected to consistently generate and follow up on new leads, achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, maintain accurate sales reports and client interaction records, and build long-term partnerships with clients in industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.
