Salary - Upto 2.4 Lac CTC + Incentive

Key Responsibilities -

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain property details, pricing, and project highlights.

Handle inbound inquiries from online portals, advertisements, or referrals.

Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested customers.

Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients to close sales.

Update CRM with lead details, follow-up actions, and customer status.

Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.

Build and maintain relationships with customers for future business.

Coordinate with the field sales team and provide necessary customer information.

Understand customer needs and offer suitable property options.

Stay updated on ongoing and upcoming real estate projects, pricing, and market trends.
