We are looking for a Sales Executive (Work From Home) to join our team and help drive bookings, generate leads, and build strong guest relationships remotely. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle guest inquiries received via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media. Convert leads into confirmed bookings by explaining hotel offerings, discounts, and packages. Maintain regular follow-ups with potential guests until booking closure. Promote special offers, seasonal packages, and exclusive deals. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth check-in/check-out experiences. Maintain guest database and booking records. Build long-term guest relationships to encourage repeat stays. Achieve monthly sales and booking targets. Key Skills & QualificationsPrior experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is preferred. Excellent communication and convincing skills (English & Hindi; Marathi is a plus). Comfortable handling WhatsApp, phone calls, and online booking platforms. Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented. Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets for tracking leads and bookings. Strong customer service attitude with problem-solving ability.
