Relevant Experience - 2-3 years of field sales experience is required, preferably in agriculture, FMCG, solar products, or related industries. Communication Skills Must have the ability to clearly and effectively explain technical products and services. Mobility & Flexibility Mandatory: Candidates must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and have a valid driving license. Must be willing to travel extensively and stay outside for 4-5 days during field visits. Experience Certificate – Candidates must provide an experience certificate from their previous employers. Field Sales Executive (Solar AC Sales) – Job Description 1. Sales & Lead Generation in the Market – Visit shops and customers to sell Solar ACs and generate new leads. 2. Product Explanation & Query Handling – Educate customers about Solar AC benefits, pricing, financing, installation, and service, and address their concerns. 3. Sales Target & Market Research – Achieve monthly sales targets and conduct market research when needed to understand customer issues and preferences. 4. Customer Relationship & Referrals – Build strong relationships with customers, understand their concerns, and encourage them to give referrals to increase sales.
