Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic female Sales Executives who are passionate about e-commerce and digital technology. You will be responsible for promoting Seamedia’s Shopify development services, connecting with potential clients, and helping them understand how we can grow their online business.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential clients through social media, email, and online platforms.
• Promote Shopify and e-commerce website development services to startups and business owners.
• Understand client requirements and share them with the technical team.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain relationships to convert leads into sales.
• Support in marketing campaigns, WhatsApp promotions, and client communication.
• Maintain a basic understanding of Shopify, WooCommerce, and e-commerce trends.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (Arabic is a plus).
• Good computer literacy and ability to use online tools effectively.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, e-commerce websites, and digital marketing.
• Confidence, positive attitude, and willingness to learn new technologies.
