Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation

  • Identify and engage with potential customers via WhatsApp, email, and social media.
  • Follow up on inquiries from Culturatis website and social platforms to convert them into sales.
  • Implement strategies for abandoned cart recovery and upselling.

B2B & Bulk Orders

  • Connect with hotels, resorts, corporate clients, and event planners for bulk sales.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business clients, ensuring repeat orders.
  • Negotiate pricing, offers, and custom orders for high-value clients.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Respond to customer queries regarding product availability, pricing, and customization.
  • Maintain follow-ups with interested buyers to maximize conversions.
  • Ensure a smooth post-purchase experience by coordinating with operations.

Sales Performance & Reporting

  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Track sales data and optimize strategies for better results.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and product trends.

E-commerce & Marketplace Support (Optional)

  • Assist in expanding sales on marketplaces like Amazon, Etsy, and niche e-commerce platforms.
  • Identify opportunities for collaborations and strategic partnerships.

Who You Are:

2-3 years of sales experience

Experience in direct-to-consumer (D2C) and online sales.

Strong communication skills via WhatsApp, email, and social media.

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.

Familiarity with CRM tools and e-commerce platforms is a plus.

Passion for art, culture, and heritage products is a bonus!
