Job Description

Identify and approach new potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions from our product/service portfolio. Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations to close deals. Follow up with leads and maintain strong post-sale relationships with clients. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with marketing and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and new products/services.
