You are a confident communicator with a passion for sales. You excel at converting leads into real business opportunities. As a Sales Caller for both Real Estate and Digital Marketing verticals, your role involves the following responsibilities: - Call and follow up with property buyers/investors - Explain property offerings including residential, commercial, and plots - Understand client needs and schedule site visits - Maintain lead tracker/CRM - Call businesses and startups for digital marketing services - Pitch services like SEO, Social Media, Website Development, and Branding - Identify pain points and book meetings with the strategy team - Track follow-ups and report daily activities To qualify for this role, you should have: - 2 years" quota carrying sales experience - Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems - Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota - Strong written and verbal communication skills Please note that this opportunity is only open to candidates based in or near Haridwar or Roorkee.
