What you’ll do

• Find & win business: generate leads, run meetings/demos with pre-sales, close deals.
• Own the sales process: build a sales funnel, manage CRM/pipeline, and achieve monthly targets.
• Communication & relationships: write clear emails/proposals; build trust with clients and partners.
• Marketing support: assist with brand building, events, webinars, and follow-ups on campaigns.

What we’re looking for

• Strong English communication (written & verbal) and great interpersonal skills.
• Marathi fluency—able to conduct full client meetings in Marathi when needed.
• Good working knowledge of sales steps (prospecting → discovery → proposal → negotiation → win).
• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable in a startup environment.
