Company: QuasarCyberTech Location: Nashik (field/hybrid) Experience: 2–7 years in B2B sales (IT/cyber preferred) Age: Open (age no bar) What you’ll do Find & win business: generate leads, run meetings/demos with pre-sales, close deals. Own the sales process: build a sales funnel , manage CRM/pipeline , and achieve monthly targets. Communication & relationships: write clear emails/proposals; build trust with clients and partners. Marketing support: assist with brand building , events, webinars, and follow-ups on campaigns. What we’re looking for Strong English communication (written & verbal) and great interpersonal skills. Marathi fluency —able to conduct full client meetings in Marathi when needed. Good working knowledge of sales steps (prospecting → discovery → proposal → negotiation → win). Self-driven, organized, and comfortable in a startup environment.
