Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive cum CRM Executive, preferably a female candidate, who has excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers over calls, gathering feedback, promoting and upselling products, and performing other related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and inbound calls to customers in a polite and professional manner.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Take feedback from customers and document it systematically.
• Upsell products and services based on customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and sales.
• Follow up with customers to ensure service satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.
• Perform other administrative and sales-related tasks as required.

Desired Profile:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills (spoken English is a must).
• Pleasant personality with confidence to talk to customers.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive approach.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Prior experience in BPO or sales is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
