The Role:

Join our growing team as a Sales Executive, where you'll help accelerate business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales of our IT products and services. While we prefer candidates with 1–3 years of IT sales experience, strong performers from other industries are warmly welcomed to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new business leads to meet sales objectives
• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships
• Assess client needs and align them with our IT solutions
• Deliver compelling presentations and pitch proposals
• Lead negotiations and close contracts effectively
• Collaborate internally to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer communications using CRM software
• Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or similar
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
• Aptitude for understanding technology solutions and explaining them clearly to diverse audiences
• Demonstrable track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
• Self‑driven, organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively
• Flexibility to travel as needed

Experience

• 1–3 years of sales experience—preferably in IT, though cross‑industry sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply
