JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES EXECUTIVE

Position: Sales ExecutiveGender: Male / FemaleAge: 20–35 Years

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their invitation card requirements.
• Explain different types of wedding invitations, return gifts and wedding bags.
• Show customers suitable designs based on their preferences and budget.
• Handle walk-in customers and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Explain product details, pricing, paper quality, printing options and customization.
• Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations and pending orders.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
• Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure smooth order processing.
• Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram and other communication channels.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to branch growth.
• Maintain proper records of customer details, orders and payments.
• Ensure a positive customer experience from enquiry to final delivery.

Required Skills

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to understand customer requirements.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Tamil and basic English.

Preferred Qualities

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage.
• Interest in wedding invitations, printing and creative products.
• Responsible, punctual and target-oriented.
• Friendly and professional approach towards customers.
