Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves visiting retail stores, multi-brand outlets, and showrooms to promote and sell our products, build strong client relationships, and identify potential leads. This is a target-based role ideal for someone passionate about fashion and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit various retail stores, boutiques, and showrooms to showcase Belle Noor’s product range.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners, managers, and buyers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential leads.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Provide product knowledge and styling suggestions to potential buyers.
• Gather market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in fashion, textiles, or retail industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build long-term business relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
• Good understanding of fashion trends and customer preferences.
• Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass; Graduate preferred.

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Incentives (Target-Based)
