Sales Executive – Bathware & Sanitaryware

About Us:
Benitton Bathware is a premium bathware brand committed to offering high-quality and innovative products for bathrooms. We are expanding our sales team in Sangli and are looking for a passionate Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales growth.

• Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage relationships with dealers, distributors, and architects
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct market research to identify potential customers
Provide product demonstrations and detailed product knowledge to clients
Maintain accurate records of leads, orders, and payments

• Requirements:

1-3 years of field sales experience (Bathware/Sanitaryware preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to travel across Sangli region
Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset
