Sales Executive (Automobile) – Role Summary
A Sales Executive in the automobile industry is responsible for driving vehicle sales by identifying customer needs, providing product knowledge, and delivering exceptional service. They act as a key link between the dealership and customers, guiding them through the buying process and ensuring a positive experience from inquiry to delivery.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with vehicle inquiries and showroom visits.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
Conduct test drives and explain features, pricing, and financing options.
Prepare and present quotations and close sales effectively.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available models, variants, and promotional offers.
Follow up with leads, prospects, and previous customers to ensure repeat business.
Maintain records of sales and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Coordinate with the finance and insurance team for documentation and approvals.
Stay updated on competitor offerings, market trends, and customer preferences.
Provide post-sales support and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
Participate in product training and promotional events organized by the dealership or OEM.

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (preferred in Marketing, Business, or Automotive fields).
Proven sales experience (automobile industry experience is a plus).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Knowledge of automobiles and a passion for vehicles.
Basic understanding of financing and insurance options.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
