We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team and help expand our customer base.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and generate potential business leads through various channels.
• Promote and sell PeopleOrbit HRMS software solutions to businesses.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable HRMS solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and software demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into successful sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain sales records, client information and pipeline updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in software sales, SaaS products and technology solutions.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and generate leads.
• Target-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
