Sales Executive and Student Engagement

Job Summary

We are hiring a Sales & Student Engagement Executive to handle student inquiries, counsel prospective learners, convert leads into admissions, and support students in upgrading to higher-level courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, website, Justdial, social media)
• Counsel students and explain language courses
• Follow up and convert inquiries into enrollments
• Engage with existing students and promote next-level courses
• Maintain basic reports in Excel / Google Sheets

Requirements

• Good communication in Marathi & Hindi (English preferred)
• Sales, counseling, or education industry experience preferred
• Comfortable with follow-ups and targets
• Basic computer and WhatsApp Business knowledge
