Job Description:

Growth Dots is hiring Sales Executives to meet and connect with local businesses, explain our digital marketing services, and generate new clients.

This is a performance-driven role where you can earn more based on sales. Perfect for candidates who enjoy talking to people and want to build a career in sales & marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Visit local businesses, SMEs, and startups in Kolkata to pitch services.
• Generate leads, follow up, and close clients.
• Achieve minimum 1 sale per month.
• Maintain daily records of meetings and client interactions.
