Job Description:

Growth Dots is hiring Field Sales Executives to approach local businesses and promote our digital marketing services (Social Media Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Website Development etc.).

This is a performance-driven role with a fixed monthly allowance and attractive incentives on every sale. If you are confident, outgoing, and enjoy interacting with people, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and pitch digital marketing solutions to local businesses (SMEs, shops, startups).
• Generate leads, convert prospects into paying clients.
• Achieve a minimum monthly target.
• Build long-term client relationships.
