Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Sales Executive / Lighting Expert who can understand customer requirements and recommend suitable premium lighting solutions. The candidate will handle qualified leads, build client relationships, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle qualified leads and understand customer lighting requirements.
• Recommend decorative and architectural lighting solutions.
• Build relationships with architects, interior designers, and builders.
• Manage customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, video meetings, and walk-ins.
• Arrange client visits and invite customers to experience the lighting centre.
• Convert leads into sales and identify upselling opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
• Experience in Lighting, Premium/Luxury Products, Furniture, Home Décor, Electronics, or other high-value products.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Confident, well-groomed, and customer-oriented personality.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Note: Candidates with a strong sales mindset and proven sales abilities are preferred over candidates with only academic qualifications.

Compensation

• Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month.
