Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell DealConverter CRM, our customer relationship management software. The ideal candidate will identify potential customers, understand their business requirements, demonstrate product capabilities, and convert leads into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and other sales channels.
• Engage with prospective clients to understand their CRM and business automation requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain CRM features, benefits, and pricing.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification to closure.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and build strong client relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Maintain accurate lead records, sales activities, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong prospecting, follow-up, and deal-closing abilities.
• Basic understanding of CRM software, SaaS products, or B2B sales.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Target-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, email, and CRM tools.

Qualifications & Experience

• Any graduate or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, software, or B2B sales.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.

Performance Metrics

• Monthly revenue and sales target achievement.
• Number of qualified leads and product demonstrations.
• Lead-to-customer conversion rate.
• Sales pipeline management and follow-up efficiency.
