BrookMap is a map-first real estate intelligence platform that helps people discover plots, explore satellite maps, understand sector layouts, and make smarter property decisions.

We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team and drive customer acquisition by building strong relationships with property dealers, plot owners, and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential customers through outbound calls, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and field visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property dealers and plot owners.
• Present BrookMap's platform and explain its features, benefits, and value proposition.
• Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers with onboarding and property listings.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into active users.
• Maintain daily sales reports, customer interactions, and conversion records.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
• Share customer feedback and market insights with the team.

Eligibility Criteria (Important)

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience is mandatory.
• Candidates must have sales experience in a non-real-estate industry.
• Candidates with previous real estate industry experience are not eligible.
• Applicants from retail, telecom, banking, insurance, SaaS, FMCG, consumer durables, and other customer-facing sales industries are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Confidence in handling outbound calls and customer meetings.
• Comfortable with field sales activities when required.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and organised.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, email, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.
• Fluency in Hindi; basic working knowledge of English is preferred.
