As a Patient Relations Executive at Vaidam Health in the Aesthetics and Cosmetics vertical, you will play a crucial role in counseling patients, coordinating consultations, and ensuring a smooth patient journey. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary contact for patients seeking aesthetic and cosmetic treatments. - Share detailed information on doctor profiles, consultation processes, treatment plans, and procedures. - Provide effective counseling to address patient queries with clarity and empathy. - Coordinate with doctors, hospital teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless treatment execution. - Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up schedules. - Proactively assist with pre-treatment and post-treatment communication and support. - Focus on lead conversion and ensuring patient satisfaction. Must-Have Skills: - Fluency in spoken and written English. - Understanding of hospital operations, medical terminology, especially in aesthetics and cosmetic treatments. - Strong communication and listening skills. - Confidence, proactiveness, and quick response to patient concerns. - Team player with a sales-driven mindset. - Organized and detail-oriented.
