Sales Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Connect with prospective buyers and understand their requirements, budgets and investment objectives.
• Recommend suitable properties across the residential and commercial project portfolio.
• Follow up on enquiries, conduct site visits and convert prospects into bookings. • Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up activities using CRM tools.
• Coordinate with marketing teams, developers and site representatives.
• Build long-term client relationships and generate referral business.
• For leadership roles, guide sales teams, monitor performance and work towards business targets.

• Basic familiarity with smartphones, spreadsheets and digital tools.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and experienced real estate professionals are welcome.
• For leadership positions, relevant sales experience, team-management skills and a proven track record are preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
