Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, explaining project details, and closing sales.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in customers and incoming sales inquiries
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties
• Explain project details such as pricing, location, amenities, and payment plans
• Conduct site visits and follow up with prospective clients
• Maintain customer data and update follow-ups in CRM
• Coordinate with the pre-sales, CRM, and site team
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Assist customers with documentation and booking formalities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / Undergraduate (Any stream)
• Fresher or up to 3 years of experience in sales (real estate preferred)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Presentable and customer-friendly personality
• Willingness to work on-site and on weekends
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM is an advantage
