Job Description

As a Sales & Marketing Executive at Truevisory Realty, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities in the real-estate domain (residential / commercial), generating leads, converting prospects into clients, executing marketing campaigns, and collaborating across teams to meet revenue and brand-growth targets.

Sales

  • Identify and approach potential clients (individual buyers, investors, developers, brokers) and generate qualified leads.
  • Conduct presentations, property site visits, virtual tours, demo meetings, and negotiate deals with clients.
  • Achieve or exceed set sales targets, quotas and objectives within assigned territory or segment.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, follow up leads, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and submit sales forecasts, reports, proposals and contracts as required.
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions, pricing, supply/demand trends in the local real-estate market

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
