Sales Engineer Trainees(Male)

As a Sales Engineer Trainee at Spectrum Solar Power, your role will involve assisting in identifying and approaching potential customers for solar solutions. You will support senior sales engineers in conducting site visits and preparing proposals. Additionally, you will learn about solar system design, product specifications, and project execution. Generating leads through calls, referrals, and field visits will be a key responsibility, along with coordinating with technical and operations teams for project support. It will also be important to maintain sales records, prepare daily reports, and build strong customer relationships through professional communication and follow-ups. Qualifications required for this role include a Diploma / B.Tech / Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering fields. Freshers are encouraged to apply as training will be provided. A strong interest in sales, marketing, and renewable energy is essential, along with good communication and interpersonal skills. Being confident, self-motivated, and willing to learn, as well as having the willingness to travel for fieldwork and site visits, are important traits for this position. In addition to a monthly salary of 10,000 - 13,000 during training, you can look forward to attractive incentives after successful performance.
