Sales Engineer Trainee

As a Sales Engineer Trainee at Hitachi Lift India Pvt Ltd., your role involves handling sales activities, negotiations, and regular follow-up with the sales team for ongoing projects. You will be responsible for developing contacts with decision-makers in customer offices, preparing reports, and engaging in pre and post-sales activities. Securing orders, handling post-order management, achieving targets, and completing tasks assigned by the reporting manager are key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Handling sales activity, meeting negotiations, etc. - Regular follow-up with the sales team regarding ongoing projects. - Developing contacts and establishing relationships with decision-makers in customer offices. - Ensuring the preparation of reports as per requirements. - Involvement in pre & post-sales activities. - Securing orders and handling post-order management. - Achieving targets. - Completing all the work given by the reporting manager. Qualifications Required: - Experience in elevator sales & negotiations. - Knowledge of customer handling & satisfaction. - Basic knowledge of drawing (AUTO CAD). - Excellent communication skills and efficient spokesperson.
