Sales Engineer - Powertools & Fastners

You will be responsible for providing complete business and technical support to clients throughout the project lifecycle. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing project specifications, material negotiations, and pricing for civil and industrial infrastructure projects. - Understanding and interpreting application drawings, technical specifications, compliance norms, and adapting to varying market needs across India and beyond. - Exhibiting strong presentation and communication skills. - Building and maintaining a comprehensive database of contractors, consultants, and clients based on application requirements. - Achieving a minimum of ten new specification approvals annually and contributing to regional business growth. As a candidate, you are required to have the following qualifications: - ITI / Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or MBA graduates (with technical exposure being an added advantage). - Strong passion for sales and the ability to learn quickly. - Willingness to work in the field and constantly upskill. - Proficiency in English (written and spoken). - Excellent command of MS Office tools. - Self-driven and result-oriented. - Skilled in delivering engaging and impactful presentations.
