Sales Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1. Find our new markets and business opportunities and identify new potential customers.

2. Follow up with existing customers to meet the delivery targets.

3. Follow up with new customers for project initiation and PPAP Audit.

4. vendor onboarding documentation at the customer end.

5. Market research and prediction

6. On-time support for resolving customer concerns or inquiries.

7. Payment follows with the customer with the coordination of the accounts team.

8. Account reconciliation of customer accounts from time to time with the coordination of the accounts team.

9. Conduct a customer satisfaction survey.

10. MIS report presentation

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Able to understand & speak local language (Tamil and Hindi)
• Strong in Data Analytics
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willing to travel anywhere in India
