Sales Engineer

• Fixed salary of

  35,000 per month (4.2 LPA)

• Uncapped performance-based incentives

The role involves engaging with key industrial clients, understanding application needs, and delivering solutions that align with Fluents premium offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business opportunities in OEM’s who are working in industrial segments such as pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, chemicals, and manufacturing
  
• Promote Fluent’s range of water treatment membranes and dosing systems
  
• Meet monthly sales targets through lead conversion, client visits, and technical presentations
  
• Build strong relationships with end-users, consultants, and EPC contractors
  
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals and handle negotiations
  
• Coordinate with technical teams for solution design and delivery
  
• Report market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback regularly
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering
  
• 2–4 years of B2B industrial sales experience, preferably in water treatment, pumps, valves, or process equipment
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills
  
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
  
• Familiarity with industrial clients in Telangana/AP region is a plus

• Fluent in English and Telugu
