Sales Engineer - Distribution (West Region)

As a Sales Engineer - Distribution (West Region) at Trelleborg India Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of regional sales and promoting the entire range of products offered by the company to customers in the West region. You will be responsible for: - Sending quotes to customers and distributors. - Maintaining good relationships with customers. - Retaining existing customers and developing new customer relationships. - Coordinating with cross-functional teams including sales, application (engineering), customer service, and accounts. - Managing orders efficiently. - Resolving customer and channel partner complaints and providing timely solutions. - Coordinating with customers and channel partners regarding dispatches. - Collaborating with internal departments for material planning and deliveries. - Performing any other duties as assigned from time to time. Key Responsibilities: - Graduation in Mechanical Engineering is required. - 3-5 years of experience in Sales and Seals Industry, particularly with Oil Seals, PTFE Seals, and Elastomer Seals. - Experience in handling seals products. - Knowledge of handling Steel, Cement, and General OEMs. Qualifications Required: - Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi. - Strong time management skills, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
