You will be joining Intelmac Machine Tools Pvt. Ltd., a company established in 1981, specializing in the sales and service of imported machine tools from Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and Europe. The company's range includes machining centers, turning centers, multi-tasking machines, and special machines for aerospace applications. With the corporate office based in Pune and branches spread across major industrial centers in India, comprehensive technical services are provided to customers. The team at Intelmac partners with customers from the initial concept stage through to commissioning, ensuring optimal solutions and continuous support. As a Sales Engineer - CNC Machine Tools based in Chennai, you will be responsible for providing technical support and closely working with customers throughout the procurement process. Your day-to-day tasks will involve studying components, proposing suitable processes, selecting and commissioning machines, and providing necessary training. The role requires a significant focus on customer service to ensure client satisfaction from the initial engagement to post-installation support. To excel in this role, you should be proficient in CNC MACHINE TOOLS Sales Engineering and Technical Support, possess strong sales and customer service skills, and demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to collaborate effectively with customers to provide optimal solutions is essential. A background in mechanical engineering or a related field would be preferred, and experience in the machine tools industry would be advantageous. Additionally, a willingness to travel as required is expected.,
