Job Title: Sales Engineer – Moulds
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Location: Shendra MIDC, Chh. Sambhajinagar
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Tool Engineering preferred.
Strong knowledge of injection moulds, plastics, tooling, machining processes.
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record in industrial/technical sales.
Valid driving license (optional but preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business for plastic injection mould manufacturing.
Handle customer visits, technical discussions, and requirement gathering.
Prepare quotations, cost estimations, and competitive proposals. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
Coordinate with design and project team to ensure customer requirements are met.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
