Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop sales training materials for BDR teams, including playbooks, objection handling guides, battlecards, and product resources.
  • Create and maintain call scripts aligned with company messaging.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align BDR training with current campaigns and MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) strategies.
  • Analyze BDR performance, provide feedback, and deliver targeted coaching.
  • Gather requirements from SMEs and continuously update training content.
  • Stay current with sales enablement trends, best practices, and digital security advancements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in instructional design, preferably in sales training within the technology or digital security industry.
  • Strong understanding of BDR roles, sales processes, and CRM/sales enablement tools.
  • Creative skills with the ability to visualize and work with graphic teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
  • Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and improve strategies.
