Sales Dispenser

As a Sales Dispenser at our premium optical showroom, your role will involve assisting customers in selecting eyewear, accurately dispensing lenses, and upholding our luxury brand standards to provide an excellent shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in choosing eyewear based on prescription, style, and face shape. - Interpret optical prescriptions with precision. - Collaborate with optometrists for customer eye tests and prescription details. - Suggest appropriate lenses, coatings, and frame options according to customer requirements. - Address product inquiries, explain features, and offer after-sales support. - Conduct frame fitting, adjustments, and repairs. - Ensure the showroom is well-organized, clean, and products are displayed effectively. - Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance. - Update customer records and handle billing or POS entries. - Stay updated on the latest eyewear trends, lens technologies, and brand developments. In addition to the outlined responsibilities, you will be working full-time in a permanent position with benefits such as health insurance and provident fund provided. The work location for this role is in person.
