We're expanding our sales team and are looking for high-energy professionals who are skilled in outbound lead generation and B2B outreach. Role Overview: We're seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Business Development Representative (BDR) to fuel our sales pipeline through cold calls, LinkedIn messaging, and email campaigns. The ideal candidate is experienced, data-driven, and proactive in creating lead databases and converting outreach into qualified meetings. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct high-volume cold calls to identify new business opportunities. • Perform LinkedIn outreach and personalized messaging to decision-makers. • Run email outreach campaigns and follow-ups. • Research industries, companies, and key stakeholders before outreach. • Identify trends, pain points, and opportunities in target markets. • Align with account executives on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) targeting. • Set reminders and build nurture sequences for cold leads. • Proven success in generating qualified leads via cold outreach. • Generate and maintain a qualified lead database. • Schedule discovery calls/demos for the senior sales team. • Work closely with marketing and sales leaders to refine targeting strategies. • Use CRM tools to manage leads, track activities, and report on progress. • Generate weekly or monthly reports on outreach performance, lead quality, and conversion rates. Requirements: • 4-6 years of experience in outbound sales, SDR/BDR roles, or lead generation. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, etc.). • Experience in IT services, SaaS, or B2B tech sales is preferred.
