About Omnifi: Omnifi is revolutionizing the digital lending ecosystem with Omnifi LoanOS (LOS) – a cutting-edge loan origination platform that simplifies and accelerates the lending process, leveraging WhatsApp, AI-powered document processing, and automated workflows. We empower financial institutions to increase loan approvals, reduce processing time, and improve customer satisfaction. Role Overview: We are looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Development Representative to fuel our growth engine. As an SDR at Omnifi, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients in the fintech, NBFC, and banking sectors, introducing them to our game-changing LoanOS solution. Key Responsibilities: Prospect & Outreach: Identify and engage decision-makers in financial institutions (NBFCs, Banks, Fintechs) using outbound channels like cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn. Lead Qualification: Understand customer pain points related to loan processing and determine fitment for Omnifi LoanOS. Appointment Setting: Schedule discovery and demo meetings for the senior sales team. CRM Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in CRM to ensure smooth pipeline tracking. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving digital lending practices. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: 0-3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, or client-facing roles. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome. Strong verbal and written communication. Self-motivated, high-energy, and goal-oriented mindset. Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly. Comfortable working in a fast-paced SaaS environment. Basic understanding of CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus. Preferred: Prior experience in SaaS sales or fintech lead generation. Familiarity with the lending space, NBFCs, or digital loan origination platforms. Exposure to WhatsApp-based communication strategies is a bonus. Exposure to International Sales is a bonus.
