Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Designer (Interiors) located in Bengaluru. The Sales & Designer will be responsible for understanding client needs and preferences, creating interior design concepts, and presenting them to clients. The role involves creating detailed kitchen & bath design plans, generating sales, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales & Designer will coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and the internal team to ensure project completion. Day-to-day tasks also include conducting site visits, preparing design proposals, and managing client relationships.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in interior design, with a focus on kitchen & bath design
• Strong sales capabilities
• Ability to understand and interpret client needs and preferences
• Experience with design software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred
