Sales Cum Service Engineer

The Sales cum Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, servicing, and maintenance of RO (Reverse Osmosis) and Water Softener systems, while also promoting and selling related products and services. This role combines technical expertise with customer relationship skills to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain RO and Water Softener systems at customer sites.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting for optimal system performance.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or upgrades.
• Generate sales leads during service visits and promote company products.
• Maintain service records and prepare daily work reports.
• Educate customers on system usage, maintenance, and after-sales support.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during service work.
• Coordinate with the sales team for achieving monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
• Prior experience in RO / Water Softener service preferred.
• Knowledge of water treatment systems and components.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel for on-site service.
