• Responding to client inquiries via phone and email.
• Proficient in using Computer with skills in Ms-Word, Excel , Emails
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Understanding client needs and preferences for catering events.
• Preparing and presenting customized catering proposals.
• Ensuring client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
• Preparing sales-related documents like proposals and contracts.
• Maintaining records of all event details and client communications.
• Tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics.
• Coordinating with operations and culinary teams for seamless event execution.
• Managing event logistics such as scheduling, equipment, and catering.
• Good Understanding with Food Taste , Client requirements.
• Research online for prospective clients.
• Excellent communication and supervisory skills
