As a Catering Sales Coordinator, your role involves responding to client inquiries via phone and email, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and understanding their needs and preferences for catering events. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting customized catering proposals, ensuring client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving, and preparing sales-related documents like proposals and contracts. Additionally, you will maintain records of all event details and client communications, track and analyze sales performance metrics, and coordinate with operations and culinary teams for seamless event execution. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone and email - Build and maintain relationships with clients - Understand client needs and preferences for catering events - Prepare and present customized catering proposals - Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving - Prepare sales-related documents like proposals and contracts - Maintain records of all event details and client communications - Track and analyze sales performance metrics - Coordinate with operations and culinary teams for seamless event execution - Manage event logistics such as scheduling, equipment, and catering - Research online for prospective clients Qualifications Required: - Good communication skills - Graduate - 1 year of experience in catering and sales is required; 2-3 years of overall experience is preferred In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications listed above, this role requires a good understanding of food taste and client requirements.
