Sales & Credit Control Coordinator

As a Credit Control expert at our company, your primary role will be to manage receivables, ensure timely collections, and maintain healthy dealer relationships within our plywood sales network. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring timely follow-ups and collections through calls, reminders, and visits. - Working closely with the sales team to align collections with business targets. - Preparing regular receivable reports and highlighting risks to management. - Minimizing bad debts while protecting dealer relationships. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and competencies: - Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. - A firm yet relationship-friendly approach. - Knowledge of receivables management and credit risk. - Proficiency in MS Excel/ERP software. - Ability to collaborate effectively with both finance and sales teams. In terms of qualifications and experience, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration. - 5-7 years of experience in credit control/collections, preferably in plywood, building materials, or FMCG. - Experience in handling dealer/distributor networks is preferred.
