Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Coordinator with strong telecalling experience to join our team. This role involves generating leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales team in closing deals. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with excellent organizational skills and a passion for achieving targets. Responsibilities Understand Zelta Media’s capabilities and service offerings to conduct market research on potential customers who would benefit from our services. Conduct cold calls to generate leads and explain products/services. Handle outbound calls to potential leads and existing clients. Maintain call logs and prepare performance reports. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Maintain CRM/database of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups. Coordinate with the sales team to track progress on leads and targets.
